Delete your Minda account
You can delete your Minda account and everything stored in the cloud at any time. Two ways, below.
In the app
- Open Minda
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to Start Over
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Deletion happens immediately. The row only appears while you are signed in — if you never created an account, there is nothing stored about you in the cloud to delete.
If you have already uninstalled Minda
Email support@laoolabs.com from the address you signed in with, asking to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
The request has to come from the address on the account — it is the only way to tell it is really yours.
What gets deleted

Reminders on your phone are not affected
Minda works entirely offline, and your phone holds the real copy — the cloud is only a backup so you can recover on a new device. Deleting your account removes the cloud copy and the account; the reminders on your device stay exactly where they are and the app keeps working signed out.
To remove them from the device too, use Settings → Start Over → Reset All Data, or uninstall the app.
